<p>‘소액결제 현금화 사업은 불법이다. 정보통신망법은 ‘통신과금서비스이용자로 하여금 통신과금서비스에 의하여 재화등을 구매·사용하도록 한 후 사용자가 구매·이용한 재화등을 할인해서 매입하는 행위에 ‘6년 이하의 징역 또는 3천만원 이하의 벌금에 처되도록 규정하고 있습니다.</p>

<p>B씨는 전년 9월 12일 통영 한 거리에서 50대 피해자가 작업대출을 위해 A씨의 동생에게 소액결제를 하게 하는 등 약 820만 원에 이르는 빚을 생성시키자 유00씨와 함께 돈을 받기 위해 주먹 등으로 수차례 폭행한 혐의 등으로 기소됐다.</p>

<p>이은희 인하대 구매자학과 교수는 “구글 같은 글로벌 온,오프라인 사업자도 수입에만 신경쓰지, 문제가 발생했을 때 적당한 대처를 하지 않는 때가 대부분이다”면서 “구글 소액결제 케이스가 많아지고 있을 것이다면 구글이 최고로 우선해서 할 일은 이런 일이 또 발생하지 않게 조치를 취하는 것”이라고 말했다.</p>
